High-pressure sales tactics. Insist on immediate decision, refuse written estimate. Tactics designed to wear prospective customer out by giving much unnecessary information (personal, product lines, and corporate). My sales pitch presentation was over 1-1/2 hours. Sales staff are not contractors and cannot properly assess carpentry needs. Paper contract allegedly mailed upon request 1-2 weeks after you sign electronic copy (which I did not). Contract does not specify delivery/installation date, so with current supply chain issues, buyer rights are unfairly limited by this omission.
