I called these folks based on Consumer's Checkbook recommendations to schedule a site visit.
I live in nearby Wilmette, which is not far at all from the provider. In spite of this, I was told that they could not accommodate me without first doing a site visit.

Totally trust Phil. Great service and on time. Our AC lasted 35 years with his service. Terrific advice as well. We had to replace our system AC this year and Phil did not carry the model we wanted but understood and no pressure at all.
