Guy came to the house to give me an estimate. Was really enthusiastic. However never returned with an estimate, though I called his cell and office several times.

Paid $12k to have my 1900 sq ft house hardwood floors refinished and installed in 2 rooms. The project manager that quoted the job was no longer with the company, so the owner, Peter, had to "manage" all projects. The workers arrived day of and started asking questions that were all in the contract. Not one on-site worked ever spoke English. It was difficult to communicate throughout. Workers were almost rude and had little patience. Even though an on-site mtg. was held and a quote submitted there were major areas that were addressed only once they were on-site. They also neglected to install a special type of thinner hardwood flooring (not a laminate) correctly and as stated in the contracted. For the amount of money, the experience was very disappointing. The quality of the work is adequate but all other areas were sub-par.
