Not Recommended
The design and range of material options presented were good. The final product looked good; however, the build took much longer than expected and we had several problems with workmanship, most notably, the paint. The project included steel framing for a cedar privacy fence and for an overhead cover. The paint on these is peeling and the steel rusting after barely a year. Less than one would expect for a $70,000 job. Properly done, I've had similar painting jobs last ten years. The professional painting contractor who redid Urban Rooftops' work (costing me an additional $2,000) said they used the wrong kind of paint. Unacceptable.
