Had a good experience. They offered the carpet that I wanted at a lower cost than competitor. They were responsive to my requests. Carpet delivered in a timely fashion.

Have patronized store several times over the years for various products. I purchased my prior carpeting from them. I was no longer in their records but had my paperwork from prior purchase. I presented their own prior paperwork and they prepared estimate. But they still sent someone to measure who did so very quickly. He came up with 5% more square footage although the prior installation measurements worked just fine. My total cost increased 8.8% from the estimate. Complaints got nowhere. Doubt I would patronize again.
