Used them for an opinion when our “check engine” light kept coming on with a code indicating a transmission problem. He was highly recommended by a friend. He checked out the issue and gave us an opinion—it would cost a lot to repair but was still driveable—and also managed to turn off the ‘low tire pressure” warning light which had been on for several years and our regular service shop was unable to turn off. And he charged us a very small amount—I think it was about $35–for the work!
