Not Recommended
Pretending to be a real architect. NOT licensed! His design for home addition left out critical items like entry staircase and existing bathroom. Rooflines intersected with windows as just one example of blatant mistake. Kevin is moonlighting, so he is not available during normal business hours and always wants to schedule meetings in the early morning on the way to his "real job". Did not take accountability for his mistakes. Does not have a license so uses another architect to stamp the drawings and apply for permits. My advice is to just skip Kevin and hire a real architect with a license.
