They were supposed to call the day before delivery to advise three-hour window. Never did. Called next morning to find out delivery time; got voice mail & left message. Ninety minutes later, they hadn't called. I called back and was immediately disconnected. The delivery guys were fine as was Jaimie who handled my complaint well. Also, at time of purchase, there were sales reps on floor but none when I wanted help. When I was paying for purchase with credit card, the rep needed my picture ID. There's only one phone number for all Chicago area stores and you have to go through a telephone option tree. Overall, not a good experience.
