We used this company to purchase a new air conditioner and furnace. They explained everything clearly and offered financing as the purchase was very expensive. We have continued to use them for seasonal equipment checks and for any problems.

Kern gave us good advice on getting our ac updated and got all the work done. I thought they could have cleaned up after themselves in the yard better. The prices were a little high.

Charged $94 just to come out. Furnace was noisy but running OK. Tech left and within a few hours furnace didn't work at all. We were very cold that night. Called next morning. They came out in afternoon and charged us another $94. They suggested we fix the motor in the Spring. Will call someone else.
