They trimmed a tree for me. I liked the owner who came out to give the estimate, the price seemed reasonable so I gave them the job. When the crew came out they did not introduce themselves when they came, did not go over what was to be done, and left when they were finished without getting any feedback from me. I did go out to make sure that they got certain branches that I wanted removed, there was a language problem, but they removed one of the branches that I asked for with no problem. Upon further inspection, overall they did a rather mediocre job as they left a huge dead branch on the tree. Not sure that I would hire them again.
