Was able to get the furnace running again (inducer motor issue) on initial Saturday visit. Had to pay "emergency" rate for a Saturday visit, $185 for first 30 minutes. Suggested replacement of inducer motor which we did. This took until Wednesday. Installation of inducer motor assembly took about 50 minutes for which we were charged $300. That seemed a bit high for the time involved. The part was still under warranty so the charge was all labor. I called another company initially but they didn't call back until Command Comfort was on the way. But on the phone they were able to diagnose the issue and said they could get the motor if they confirmed the issue before 10AM (called me about 8:45AM). Their emergency rate was $260 for the first 30 minutes. So I kept the Command Service appointment. Zach, the Command Service technician, was very polite and professional on both visits and was very willing to answer all our questions including those about the new Freon coming on line in 2025.

Easy to work with. I asked about some items that would have added to the cost and they explained why we didn't need them - no up sell. They took care of the ComEd and Nicor rebates. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service for more than 2 decades for us. They continue to keep my 35 year old AC and furnace working perfectly, with minimal cost.
