I will be the first to admit that they are pricey. I thought the tech padded his bill a number of years ago bet then again we never had an issue with the unit after that. We used them recently for a new furnace and a/c install. They did not try and upsell but it would have been nice to know what the options were. They were neat, very clean and courteous. We will continue to use them.
