Horizon is never able to commit to their scheduled appointment date. They always cancel the first appointment due to emergency calls and have to reschedule. This has resulted in scheduling conflicts for me because I schedule my other appointments around the Horizon appointment to make sure I am home and then Horizon cancels their appointment. They do finally come on the second or third try.
