A neighbor recommended Ziggy's, and based on what they had done the previous year, I knew what it should cost me--and the costs were comparable. Ziggy came for the initial appointment in a very timely manner, and he set up the service when I wanted it (3 weeks later). Dust was a problem, even with precautions. It just happens. I would say that I had thought nail holes from carpet would have been filled. They were filled in my main rooms but not in my hallway. I didn't see it until after the work was done. I had to wait a few days to see the finished product. I should have called them back, but I was staying with my daughter, and I wanted to get back home. Just make sure you spell out what you expect to have done. Otherwise, I was VERY pleased with the durability of the finished product. I have two boxers, and the work has held up well in just a little over a year.
