Negative reviewers are correct -- service advisors are flimflam artists when it comes to disguising charges, manipulating prices, and adding-in work that was never requested. And don't buy their line about "giving you credit" for the unrequested work because you'll never see it; get a refund on the spot.

work done at their suggestion was written up as if it were my request. I had to complain to Subaru before I could get someone to respond from Slapp. They gave me a credit for about half the job but never explained why it happened.

HORRID. Not ready on time. Keep you waiting and waiting and waiting after telling you car is ready. Worse dealer I have ever known. NO RESPONSE to written complaints.
