I have my 5th Mazda in my driving lifetime. I had an incident July 2021 that required body work. I called them, and they had already contacted my insurance company before I arrived. They dealt with my company and coordinated my getting a loaner. They were superb in helping me. They did have a small delay due to summer vacations and Covid issues. My next car will likely be a Mazda as well!
