They are consistent in picking up trash and recycling every week. The staff is friendly, meaning the guys doing the work and the office when I have to call them. The price is better than any in the area. I like them a lot.

Low prices. When they were a new company, they were awesome in every aspect. Since growing the business significantly, they have become difficult to communicate with, they charge fees for services that used to be free, and employees are not as nice and helpful as they were 10-15 years ago. However, they are still better than their larger competitors.
