This was my first visit to this jeweler; I took 2 watches to be sized and have battery replacements. When I went to pick up these items, I was told that one of the watches would not hold time. Unfortunately, that was the one I had given our grandson for Christmas; it was not an expensive one, but it was supposed to do lots of things. When Mr. Gallagher heard the disappointment in my voice, he came out front and took the watch in the back and did all he could to "revive" it, but that was not to be. However, I truly did appreciate his attempt and he made himself
a new customer from those efforts.

I needed a new setting for my diamond engagement ring. They were able to supply me with exactly the setting I was looking for. The price was higher than I would have liked, but they did give me a discount which was appreciated.
