Very professional. Shoe repair for women was excellent. Cost was a little high but they are professional and do expert work. Very hard to find! But once you locate the store it's easier and worth it.

I have been a repeat customer out of convenience (I work nearby), but this latest experience has me walking away. Dropped off some dress shoes and asked for a re-sole with rubber to replace the leather that tends to wear quickly. Also asked for some help removing salt stains on the leather upper. The guy pulled an absurdly high price out of thin air; I asked how much for just the re-soling work, and suddenly he was willing to negotiate on price. Got him down to something reasonable and went along my way. Came back on the day promised and the shoes were nowhere to be found. He took down my phone number and promised to call back. I never received a call back, so I waited a few days and then returned. He mentioned he tried to call me (he didn't, or he dialed the wrong number). The inconvenience aside, the shoes did not have the rubber sole I'd requested. Instead of offering to make it right, he pointed to the ticket and said I hadn't requested it. If it wasn't noted, that was your mistake. He also said the price I paid didn't reflect rubber soling; not sure how you can make that argument when you don't post prices, and you literally negotiated the price. I could tell that I wasn't going to get anywhere with him, so I took my shoes...and I won't look back.

Fair, but no complaints. I've also had keys made here. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
