I use the manicurist (not an employee), but observe salon clients--men, women, and children. Repeat customers, many, perhaps most, from the Chevy Chase neighborhood. Regulars. No turnover among employees; a congenial place.

The staff at Salon Familia are so warm and inviting. And their costs are comparative. And they don't push services on you the way other salons might. I like that. Overall, I give them an A.
