When Lisa first started the business, she was hands on and extremely attentive to detail and to the desires of we the property owners as to the care of our Home, to which we will be returning, and to the tenants. As the business grew, Lisa stepped away and the communal way of whomever receives the email or phone call will handle the problem allowed things to fall through the cracks. In order to save money (and charge the homeowner more) an inhouse repair service was added. Unfortunately, these technicians are lacking in their expertise and care of what we consider our Home and not just a Rental Property. The reviews on Yelp, written by tenants, are all high. As a homeowner, whose property is our forever home that we value and want taken care of as if it was theirs, they unfortunately fell short. Additionally, our email inquiries went unanswered REPEATEDLY as we were trying to get our Dacor range repaired for FOUR MONTHS!!!! So much for our tenants cooking Thanksgiving or Christmas dinners. If you do not particularly care about your property and only view it as an income stream, then they are for you. HOWEVER, if you value your property and love it as your home, find someone else. NOT RECOMMENDED
