Jacki B., my PT, was very knowledgeable and provided a range of exercises and dry needling, which helped my arthritic shoulder. However, after I returned to finish up PT after being interrupted by a family emergency and before she left the area, she wouldn't summarize and give me a few exercises to do on my own. Also, the insurance billing was messy and even though the front desk explained things up front, I ended up being responsible financially for more than I bargained for.
