This group of trainers is outstanding! They are certified in medical exercise and have master's degrees. They develop programs to fit the individual. My trainer has helped me a great deal--I have more muscle (less fat), better balance, and excellent overall conditioning. These trainers are in demand and are moving to a larger suite in the same building in Nov. 2015.
