Recommended
Good interest rate, reasonable loan origination fee, no points and reasonable costs. Started in July and had glitches because the employee first working with us left and we were in limbo for awhile. Closed 10/30, so not as efficient as we'd hoped for a very straightforward low-loan-to-high-home-value transaction. This is our bank and we appreciated working with real people. Some aspects of service were terrific, but those outsourced to other entities were frustrating.
