Just had Konrad do a big-ish job updating our front porch and it went great. His guys repaired a huge crack in our concrete (and multiple smaller ones), scraped, repaired and repainted our wood porch railings, stripped/sanded our metal stair railings and repainted, and repainted a portion of concrete. One thing that was important to me was that they restore our wood railings, which are original to the house, instead of just replacing them like other contractors suggested. The guys completed the whole job in a few days. Working with Konrad was super easy and simple, which I really appreciated. We coordinated the whole job via email and text, which is super helpful when I can't field calls at work. The guys did a great job and our porch looks substantially better. We will definitely call them again for any similar jobs.

Excellent masonry work. Very knowledgeable of how to restore historic masonry. They recently rebuilt a granite retaining wall for me that needed a lot of work ... resetting stone, cutting new stone to replace missing stone. The finished wall was sound and looked like it must have the day it was built. They really care about the quality of their work and stand behind it.
