We would strongly suggest going elsewhere for your jewelry needs. Our experience suggests there is some seriously underhand behavior going on in this business. We commissioned Pampillonia to create a custom replacement for a wedding ring damaged beyond repair in an accident. Michael Pampillonia provided a written quote specifying the replacement ring's dimensions and carat weight. When the ring was ready, we collected and paid for it, assuming that it matched the quoted specifications. However, when we went to insure the ring, we were shocked to discover they had provided a ring that was significantly smaller than what had been specified in writing. In addition, the ring was to match the original in terms of color/quality (which was D/E/F). The ring Pampillonia gave us did not match the quality: they provided (color G clarity VV). At no time did they alert us to the fact that they were swapping out smaller stones, or tell us that the ring did not match the quoted specifications. Deceptive and dishonest.
