EEE did a PEPCO energy audit on our 1980's home and then performed whole house remediation. They sealed cracks to prevent air leaking throughout the house, installed a fan upstairs to draw stale air out through the roof, and increased attic insulation. The overall results were about a 30% reduction in energy usage year-over-year.

Can't say enough good about this company. They reduced drafts from my house by 22 percent and recommended other fixes that could improve my energy efficiency. They outlined what tax credits were available (even for fixes they didn't do) and in their initial inspection also found things that were easily corrected, such as a sofa that had been pushed back, covering a heating vent. Smart, amiable, prompt, efficient and excellent clean-up.
