We had an excellent experience with Graffiti and our service person, Dante. He helped us get a very old Sonos system operating again and had wonderful suggestions for how to add components and upgrade in the future. We will definitely return to Graffiti for our home audio and visual system needs.

Outstanding service!!! Can't say enough. They wired our whole house while it was being built, and our televisions, Sonos, and internet have worked perfectly. Then I gave my spouse a mancave, with an incredible audio system to match the 120" screen tv. AND they did it on the sly in two days so it was a surprise. My Tivo box went out, and I had trouble installing the replacement yesterday, so I called for help. Dante was trying to help me over the phone, but we realized we needed him onsite. He cleared his schedule to come out today since we had no television at all. Got everything up and running, and tweaked a couple of things for us as well. Plus they price match other stores, so why go with a chain when you can get incredible personal service as well? They will always be our first call. They've earned our business. Plus, they are all nice guys!
