I would hire Steve to refinish other pieces of furniture. Although he could have been faster and communicated better about completing the work, I was not in a rush. He was very helpful when we did talk. And, unlike other contractors, he did not charge for the pick up and hauling of the desk he painted. He also did a minor repair of loose metal and filled in some missing wood on the desk.

Mr. Young is the Best of the Best: we've been using his chair repair service for decades. Excellent quality, prompt service, fair price...and the most neighborly of a neighborhood business. Strongly recommend !
