I have been very happy with the services I've gotten from The Daily Rider. I've been a customer for over 5 years. All their people are riders, and know bikes well. So they give good advice when asked, provide excellent bike repair service, and offer value for the money. Perfect example; I had three flat tires in three weeks! I asked them why I was having so much trouble with flats and they diplomatically pointed out that the front tire that had come with my bike (Not purchased at Daily Rider) was "entry-level" cost and quality; They sold me a better tire, and I haven't had a flat in over two years now. A different bike store tech. looked at my wheel then sold me the wrong size inner tube! The techs at Daily rider have Never done that, and have always promptly repaired my bike and called to let me know it when it was finished.

Three transactions. Each time service was surly and unpleasant. One, I was trying to buy a double overpriced helmet and had to wait 20 minutes to check out with one other customer and the checkout guy told me I shouldn't have waited. Another transaction I got a vague and expensive estimate for a repair. Another shop did it for 70% and wasn't rude as part of the process.

Daily Rider overhauled my old bicycle and made it as good as new. On time and as promised. It is a good neighborhood shop.
