Not Recommended
Pleasant personality but, totally unethical. Lies and does not take responsibility for his actions. Created a home that is misaligned aesthetically and structurally unsound. Hallways are uneven. Rooms do not properly align. Framing was not designed to allow for proper placement of lighting. Windows and doors do not fit into the space he allotted for them. Point load was not designed properly and a heavy weight on the roof could have brought the house down. Spent 50% more than budgeted to correct all his errors.
