The actual technician spoke little to no English. His colleague was able to communicate but this made the overall visit. I am a long-time customer and didn't question the recommendation. I was given a choice of replacing the part with the one they brought or their investigating whether they could find the exact replacement (their earlier installment). However, I was unable to find out why the piece might have failed and what the difference in price might be and why they had changed.
