Tysons Mall store was great to deal with! Casper mattress choices are limited so we tried other stores and brands and tested all Casper models in the store. A well-informed but NOT pushy sales rep allowed us to make an unhurried and intelligent purchase. Casper did everything as promised from on time delivery and installation to items included on sale. Six months later we have been very happy with our choice (though expensive). Ours was a very positive experience with the Tysons' Casper staff.
