Contractor no show then property damage. Home Depot promised quick and complete repairs but only responded when we threatened to report them .

I signed a contract for gutter replacement with the Home Improvement Division based in Annapolis, MD back on February 19, 2016. After I waited 5 months to be contacted, on July 25, 2016, I call the 800 number. After a few back and forth with the Project Manager, I requested for the contract to be cancelled and my deposit reimbursed. I learned the Sales rep who happened to be the Manager of the Home Improvement Division in the Washington DC Metro Area wrote up the contract with a major blunder; he excluded specific requests made and agreed on the project, instead he wrote the contract how it was convenient and easier for him.
