In general I am very happy with Ikea products and do not hesitate to buy them. Their style and quality, even though inexpensive, is excellent. The personnel at the store were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the pieces I wanted. The wordless instructions can be somewhat daunting. My main problem with Ikea was that I had lot of trouble negotiating the website when trying to place the order for the pieces that i wanted. Calling in for assistance was also very difficult...difficult to get someone to talk to. Once I did contact a live human being, they were very helpful.
