I bought a sofa and was sold a furniture "protection plan," which protects nothing. So when the furniture starts to fall apart after three years, you are on your own. You won't receive a copy of the Guardsman furniture protection plan until after the furniture is delivered and you have paid hundreds of dollars for the plan. And then it is radically different from what the salesman promised. Don't shop here.
