I worked with Mike Guillott to price out a patio door. He was very helpful at first, and even found a discount I could get. Then he stopped responding. I tried to get ahold of him for two weeks and then gave up.

Purchased a replacement door unit with side light panels. Door had to be ordered and there was a bit of confusion but it arrived properly and a subcontractor of Lowe's installed it promptly and properly.
