Used to be great when bike doctor of Waldorf, Md. Went to them recently, now a Trek shop. Ignored went I first took bike in, several people served before me though they walked in after me. Called and told my bike was ready. Arrived, it was still being worked on. The guy working on it had another guy take over. Signals must have been crossed. I got my bike home--cable immediately came loose on test ride. Other work was not done well. ((it was storming when I picked up my bike so I could not test ride at time of pick up). Next day I rode, going full speed down hill and my handlebars dropped all the way down. Luckily I did not lose control, fall and end up in the river. Other things went wrong before I left the shop but too many to mention. Overall, inattentive shoddy work and poor communication/listening skills.

Recommend if you want a Trek bike. Staff are pleasant at the Vienna location. I was charged a lot more for a part that I bought than the price tag indicated. They did refund when I pointed it out.
