Order an electric wall oven from BB. Purchase process went smoothly, and a delivery install date was set. Night before delivery BB called and said item was still in transit and we reset the delivery date 5 days later. Day before delivery I received an email indicating next day delivery in a 12-hour window, Delivery never made. No call or follow-up from BB. I cancelled the order. It took a while for the refund to come through, as they still did not have the unit on hand and couldn't' refund the monies until the order finished being "processed."

We purchased freezer and fridge on different days from different Best Buy stores. They were delivered in one delivery. Decided I didn’t want fridge. They arranged for pickup but appointment kept getting canceled. Possibly a glitch because two items were initially delivered. It took 8 calls over 3 days to get it straightened out. Each time rep assured me it was fixed but appointment got canceled two hours later. Finally did get done and pickup and credit went smoothly.

I paid for install and hall away of refrigerator and prepared the area for install and haul away. Two deliverers did neither, refused to talk with a supervisor on the phone and drove away. I am left with food rotting on my counter and want a refund to include credit for spoiled food.
