Two items that I down rate them on: B&S doesnot credit the diagnostic fee (in my case $140) toward the repair job (two separate bills), and the repair job took three weeks from initial diagnosis to finishing the repair. Some of the three weeks were because they did not get back to me on the repair price. After several days of not hearing from them, I finally called them. Once the price and the schedule was agreed upon, everything else went smoothly.

We had a dishwasher where the door hinge failed. The part that failed was actually part of the tub. It was covered as part of the manufacture's warranty. We had also purchased an extended warranty from Bray and Scarf. We had to wait several months for the first replacement tub to arrive. It was the wrong tub and had extra holes in it. They then ordered a second tub. They would never call with a status and when we called them we could never get a good answer about when the new tub would arrive. After six months, we finally cancelled the whole effort since we were getting a new kitchen put in. We didn't buy our new appliances from Bray and Scarff.
