Refrigerator ice maker on door did not work for over a week. I resorted to simply turning the power off for a few minutes then back on; to no avail. Repairman came as promised and, voila, without doing a thing, the ice machine worked. So there was no repair and no charge. Very nice person. If I need someone again, I would call Best Buy.
