Easy to book online. Jessica arrived early and was professional. I had one dryer vent cleaned. She vacuumed dryer vent from outside. She then came into the house in laundry room. The dryer vent was disconnected from dryer. The Laundry Room is small and was hard to access. She was unable to reconnect dryer to vent. I ended up fixing the dryer connection myself and getting dryer clamps and using heat tape to reconnect. Would not pay $175 again, when company tech does not reconnect dryer to vent. Kind of surprised, dryer vent reconnection was not included with cleaning. I am glad I did not have whole duct system cleaned. Never had a service done where I needed to do work to complete the process. When I paid for service at the end, she told me I could include a tip if I wished. Kind of tacky when job was not 100% complete. Would not use Stanley Steemer again.

Stanley Steemer was able to clean my dryer duct when another business wasn't able to even reach the outside exit portal. They were very conscientious about cleaning up the large amount of lint, that was extracted and also were very conscious about safety.

Had ducts cleaned. Expected to see los of debris like shown in their ad. This was not the case. I wasn't sure if their suction capability was inferior or if my ducts had very little dust build-up. Technican when questioned said suction was adequate. His response was suspect since not ever having our ducts cleaned in 20 years we expected more dust/debris to be culminated in the visible suction tubing.
