I had both my aging air conditioning and gas furnace units replaced in the fall. It was quite an extended process, as there are 21 steps up to my apartment, and both units had to fit in a tight closet. Once the work was done, both units worked fine, although I can't really evaluate the effectiveness of the AC until we have some hotter weather.

Because they are a large company, the services are available in a wide range of neighborhoods, which is hard for the smaller companies to provide. Even so, it is hard to schedule routine visits without planning months in advance. Have not had to try out emergency services yet.
