Very competent, knowlegable, fair contractor who learned at the knee of his father, Pat Dempsey of Langley Hill Quarry, the "King" of septic contractors on the SF Peninsula. Willy is very skilled, hard working, and calm, as are his crew members. They are replacing our aged old septic tank as I write, and doing it carefully, neatly, swiftly, and with obvious skill and experience. Very sensitive to our concerns at every step of the project. Fair pricing.
