I have been a member of my HOA for over 16 years. When CondoFinancial.com started auto-payments using a system that debited from checking account and didn't use 2-factor authentication, I declined and continued to pay by check. CondoFinancial then charged me for 4 late payments -- I paid each of those months early. I had proof on bank statements. It took several months to get those charges rescinded. Very sloppy accounting. They're obviously not paying attention. I don't think you want them minding your huge HOA funds.
