In the Concord office I was mis-diagnosed. In the San Miguel office in W. C. They did some exercises with questionable value, then charged my insurance for a service I did not receive! The primary PT talked to me for about 5 minutes and then turned me over to an assistant to do a valueless exercise.

I have had about 5 physical therapists, but this is the best one. I feel like I am healed after my sessions. I have only worked with Hiten, but I can see that all the physical therapists are good. They don't abandon you while you do exercises on your own. They also don't let you go with a long printed list of exercises do at home. They work on you and release the muscles that are causing the pain. Then you are treated to heat and electronic pulses to heal you further. It's sometimes hard to get ahold of them, but it's worth the effort.
