Recommended
Nursing skill and nursing care extremely uneven. Constant churning of personnel. Inadequate continuity of care. Facility not particularly clean. Management not responsive to instituting changes to address inadequacies of which they are aware and agree with. Inadequate level of staffing. This facility, however, is better than others we experienced.
