Not Recommended
Made several math errors, delayed disclosing error. Insisted I drop earthquake insurance. Paid significantly higher interest rate than quoted with two mortgages instead of one. Communication had transposed digits in significant amounts ($713,000 vs $173,000). Notary showed up at my neighbors house.
