Not Recommended
The owner was very helpful when I contacted him unlike many other floor stores that I contacted. The subcontractor was very good. The floors looked great. A few months after the installation of my hardwood floors, the boards began to buckle. I texted the owner and he didn't offer any solutions. After a few more texts, I called another floor installer who confirmed that the floor was buckling probably because the boards were not allowed to acclimate to the new environment before installation. I texted the owner again and he finally responded to come out and take a look. By this time, I decided that I didn't want him in our house and I had another person do the repair. Unfortunately, the owner does not appear to stand behind his work.
