They failed to follow Subaru alert to remove the oil intake filters on the turbo on our Subaru... two turbo blow outs later they told us we also needed a new engine. Took it to an independent who specializes in Subaru. He found that this dealer never removed the filters ( that were not allowing enough oil into the turbo ) thus causing another turbo blow out. He removed the turbo when he repaired it and we did NOT need a new engine! This dealership is either incompetent or dishonest. Never again will we buy a car from them.

They told me I needed brakes- my Independent checked and found I had 40% front and 50% rear. They failed to replace filters that they charges for.
